  • Fill out the Discovery Form on our website. We review your submission to ensure the project is a strong fit, then contact you within 24 hours to schedule a discovery meeting.

  • a focused, one-hour Zoom session where we ask targeted questions, gather details, and understand the goals, constraints, and creative direction of your project.

  • we translate everything from the meeting into a clear scope of work:
    • deliverables
    • inclusions/exclusions
    • expectations
    • success metrics
    • recommended or defined budget
    we help you allocate resources strategically to maximize visual and creative impact.

  • we provide a project-based rate based on the time, complexity, and deliverables defined in the scope of work.

  • you receive a detailed timeline outlining each phase of work and when to expect specific deliverables.

  • as individual components are completed (e.g., banner videos, graphics, short edits), we send them for feedback while the larger project continues in parallel.

  • we present a near-final version for your review. you provide notes, and we refine accordingly. (first round of revisions are included in the initial budget.)

  • one round of revisions is included in the project rate. additional changes are billed hourly as outlined in the scope of work.

  • you receive all final assets, exports, source files, project files, and anything else defined in the scope.

    *Upon delivery, we fully purge your project files unless retainers or storage agreements are in place.

  • post-delivery updates, revisions or new requests are billed hourly with a four-hour minimum.

  • we base each project budget on the scope and scale of the project. we typically start with a project rate based on how much time and resources we anticipate the project requiring.

  • each project requires a custom approach and we assess accordingly. once we have dialed in scope and budget, then we will have an estimated time frame and work from a production timeline together.
